End of the Year Catch Up

Lots to catch up on and some things are out of order from the last post.  I just saw pictures on Jared's phone, so I'm catching up on those too.

Hyrum got to go to a scouting activity called Repticon.  He loved seeing various creepy crawly creatures.

Here's the one and only Thanksgiving picture highlighting our 6 pies for just our family.  Yes, that's one pie per person!

Jared participated in the Stake Choir Christmas Concert and had a solo this year:

Amy went with her Joyschool group to carol at an assisted living center:

Kaitlyn had her school chorus Christmas concert:

Leah had her school orchestra Christmas concert but I can't seem to find the videos. :(

Leah and Kaitlyn had a violin recital.  Leah had some very difficult pieces this year and did a great job.  Kaitlyn was very nervous because she has only been playing the violin for a few months and is very hard on herself.  She also did a great job and it was her first recital!

We went to Lake Lanier Islands to see the lights, a live nativity, and free "ice" skating.  We found that the "ice" was really a sheet of plastic which was even harder to skate on than real ice because there was zero traction.

Our kiddos had a dream come true when they got to meet Jason Gray from Studio C at a ward activity.

It's been a great end of the year!
