Kaitlyn often has a pretty low self-esteem. She is actually very talented but doesn't realize it because she's not as "good" as Leah in various areas. I've tried to tell her that Leah is 7 and she is 4, but it does no good. For instance, I'm posting this picture below that she drew ALL BY HERSELF except for the hands and the outline of the doll which Jared did because she was so frustrated. She did the details for the doll, though. I told her I thought the picture was amazing. She said she thought it looked awful. Poor thing. Please "ooh" and "ahh" for her so I can show her what talent she really has. Thanks!

That is an amazing picture for a 4 year old! I know our Thomas (also age 4) can't draw people that well yet. I can't wait to see how much more amazing your pictures will be three years from now when you're age 7!
Kaitlyn, Hannah saw your picture and says that it looks pretty and cute. I love all of the bows and the pretty eyelashes!
As a rather talented artiste myself (hem hem) I think the picture is stunning. Much better than what I could draw when I was 4!
Kaitlyn-
We love the drawing that you made. It's beautiful!!!
You sure know how to draw!
I would love to have a copy of your picture to put on my refrigerator. Is that all right with you?
Love,
Grandpa and Grandma Crossley
P.S. We love you!!! :)
Kaitlyn you draw better than I do, and I have taken like 3 art classes and am a lot older than you!!! I am so impressed, you are fabulous, and Keagyn misses you so much!!!!

WOW!!!! Kaitlyn, that really is an amazing picture you drew. You are a talented artist! I hope you continue to practice your drawing, because that's how you get better and better. Did you know that you have the talent in you to be a good artist because your mom and dad have that talent too? That also means that you'll be a good singer and paino player if you practice. :)
Love,
Sister Gray
Dear Kaitlyn, I just now saw your wonderful picture on the blog. It is great! When I was four I don't know if I even could draw a circle or a square! You are very talented. Love and miss you, your yellow haired Grandma :) :)
Hi Kaitlyn
I do look at a lot of paintings and drawings. And I must say I could not believe it was a 4 year old who draw this. I am so proud of you. That was amazing. Please do more, I would love to see more of your work. You are an amazing little girl.
