Catch up for July

July has been a busy and fun month. Jared and I went to see a live Chicago and Doobie Brothers concert. Chicago is one of my all-time favorite bands. We took Amy and despite pouring rain for the beginning, it was a lot of fun! We agree that without Peter Cetera, Chicago is just not the same. But, the Doobie Brothers were very entertaining!
First here are some random pictures of Amy from July:

Kaitlyn had a princess camp in the community and then Kaitlyn and Leah attended Fairy Tale/Adventure Camp hosted by three teenagers from Church. The Fairy Tale/Adventure camps were the best! Monday was "All about Shoes". Tuesday was "Into the Woods". Wednesday was "Under the Sea". Thursday was "All Around the World". And Friday was "Princess Day". We're supposed to get a cd of pictures/video, so I'll post more later.

Jared's family came this past weekend and we LOVED seeing them again! We hadn't seen Eric for two years while he was serving a Church mission in Romania. It was a treat to have Dianne here from Colorado and Jared's parents and sister Janna from PA. Leah and Kaitlyn went back with them to PA and are spending the week at "Grandma Camp". We miss them but we're glad they're having so much fun! We'll see them Saturday when we travel up to PA to get them.

I'm excited you got to see Chicago and the Doobie Brothers. I remember growing up Chicago was one of your favorite groups. Amy is growing up so fast. She is a cutie!

I'm glad you were able to see the whole concert! I was so worried you'd be rained out. I agree with you about Chicago not being the same without Peter Cetera, but after seeing Peter at the David Foster concert, we're not missing much anymore. Sadly, he doesn't have much of a voice left.

I look forward to hearing/seeing more details about the fairy tale/adventure camp; that sounds really fun! I'm glad you are getting to enjoy your summer with family, too. That's one of the best parts! =)
