October 2020

Entertainment in October 2020 looked like taking a quick trip to Bass Pro Shop to look at the aquarium.

Leah made a fun cookie cake:

Leah and Kaitlyn played a violin duet of "I Believe in Christ" in sacrament meeting:

We participated in a hurricane clean-up trip in Florida.

We had a virtual Primary program where the children recorded their parts at home and we compiled them. Amy sang a special musical number for the program:

We did trick or treating at our house since I didn't want to mess with Covid concerns. I told the kids to hurry up and throw something on for a costume and knock on the piano room door to receive their trick or treating candy. Here are the costumes they came up with in about 5 minutes:

Hyrum and Amy had fun carving pumpkins:

Amy dressed up a Minecraft Strider for school.

We had a socially distanced ward fall festival. We had to figure out how to pass out candy with social distancing, so Jared came up with a system.  Jared used a conveyer belt system to circulate the candy to the edge of the belt where it would drop into the child's bag.

Leah, Kaitlyn and Hyrum dressed up as the ghost gang.
