April 11th Kaitlyn had a virtual violin recital. All of the students played their pieces for each other over Zoom. It was very strange to have a recital this way. Little did we know this would become the norm over the next several months.

Jared took advantage of growing a beard during the time where we stayed at home:
We had fun dying eggs for Easter. I had stocked up on eggs previously because I wanted to make sure we had some if the stores ran out (they did).
We encouraged the primary children to color an Easter Egg on a piece of paper and label it with one of the names of the Savior. Amy chose Prince of Peace.
We celebrated Amy's 10th birthday.
She was excited to get an electric drum set.
We celebrated Jared's 44th birthday.
April 24th Hyrum participated in a Boy Scout camp out in our backyard. The idea was that all of the scouts in the area would camp out with their own families in their own yard. This was also very telling that we were living in a strange time.
We hired someone to grind up some of our tree stumps. It was fun to watch how powerful his machine was.
